10 x Lunges

10 x Press Ups

10 x Sit Ups

10 x Good Mornings


Metcon (Time)

Work down then back up “yo-yo style”

50 x Box Jumps or Step Ups

40 x Shoulder Taps

30 x Squats

20 x Alt Toe Touches

10 x Burpees

100 x Double Unders
Work from 50 down to 10, complete your dubs or single skips then work from 10 back up to 50 and finish.
