4 x Spiderman + Reach

6 x Press Ups

6 x Sit Ups

Metcon

Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)

40 min EMOM

Min 1 – 16 x Squats

Min 2 – 16 x HRPUs (Hand release press ups)

Min 3 – 16 x Lunges

Min 4 – 16 x Sit Ups

Min 5 – Rest
If you want to make it more difficult then add weight to some or all of the movements 🙂

Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)

40 min EMOM

Min 1 – 10 x Pistols

Min 2 – 8 x HSPUs

Min 3 – 10 x Burpees

Min 4 – 40s Plank Hold

Min 5 – Rest
