Metcon

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 rounds of:

Min 1 – SA Sprawl

Min 2 – Russian Twists

Min 3 – Jumping Jacks

Min 4 – Chair Dips

Min 5 – Jumping Alt Lunges into Squat

Min 6 – REST
SA Sprawl – Change arms every 3 reps.

Twists – use a suitable weighted item.
