Double Unders

*10 x Burpees after every set.
Dubs – Double the amount for single skips or do vertical jumps if you don’t have a jump rope.

Sub 10 min WoD so GO HARD!!!

Weightlifting

SA Split Jerk (10 x 10 (5L + 5R))

Single Arm Split Jerk
