25 x Burpees

25 x Squats

25 x SA OH Alt Lunges

Buy out 100 x Double Unders
Use a DB/KB or suitable weighted item for your Lunges.

Weightlifting

Split Jerk (5 x 10 – rest 30s between sets)

Progression

– Split stance jumps
