As a Team of 4 complete:

5000m Row (Switch Every 250m)

400 x Burpees

200 x Double Unders each/400 Single Skips each

150 x Clean and Jerk 60/40kg
2 Working 2 Resting.

Work on any movement you want in any order but only 2 working at a time!
